We are an artist duo from Japan since 2016.

Our activity is  Create using by paint + craft, felt   /  Running of  Cokun, Artist village (2017-2019)

This place Cokun, Artist Village is a project of "Cokun," that is a small port town called Hoshika, Hizen-cho, Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, and the grandmother's house of visual artist nabe, a marginal village, is DIY by themselves and is an artist-led place. We are making an open call only for summer now. We, who live in the Tokyo, moved back and forth between Tokyo and Saga prefectures in the fall of 2016, and started to move from cleaning and littering.

Even though it is a micro-residence type AIR, our activities are quite wide. We accept village tours almost every day, and both the applicants and we live in the same house. The neighbors came to see us and treated us to dinner, and they showed us the materials that left behind the old port town that we didn't know about. 

During spend every summer we have enjoyed that "what kind of day will it be today."
